If you have dental insurance coverage, we also offer direct billing to many select insurance agencies for your convenience. Please provide our staff with your coverage information at your scheduled appointment.

Questions about Insurance?

What does it mean to direct bill insurance? Are you able to direct bill my insurance provider??

Direct billing means that we estimate what your insurance will cover, and collect the non-­covered portion from you at the time of your visit. We are able to direct bill to most insurance companies, however, some do not accept direct billing.  If so, we collect the entire amount from you and your insurance company will reimburse you your portion directly.

Please be sure to bring in your full insurance information including:

  • Name
  • Date of birth (of the insured person)
  • Employer
  • Policy Number
  • Division number
  • Certificate number
How do I find out what is covered by my plan?

You are ultimately responsible for finding out what your plan does and does not cover. We realize this can be confusing and we will do our best to help. You can start by reading over your plan breakdown to best understand what your plan covers or bring in any documents you may not understand.

Note: Due to the privacy act, we now are not receiving any pre­-approvals (predetermination) for treatments. The insurance company will send to the insured by mail or login through your insurance company.
